| Question: What is the difference between the Ribbed mat and/or the Coin and Diamond pattern mats? |
| Answer: The ribbed mat is mainly used in the northern states where ice and snow build up on your vehicle is an issue, as the snow and ice melts, the ribs help to contain and channel the debris and moisture toward the garage door, as long as there is sufficient slope to the structure/slab to allow this. The ribbed mat is an excellent option for this scenario; however it can be a lot harder to keep clean during the summer months; i.e. mopping, sweeping, squeegee, etc…
As we have found the Coin and Diamond mat to be most functional in conditions where water is not such an issue and ease of cleaning is desired.

| Question: What is the difference between the standard-grade ribbed garage floor cover and the commercial-grade ribbed garage floor cover? |
| Answer: The difference is in the overall thickness. The standard-grade garage mat is .05"-.06" in thickness ( about the thickness of a dime). We recommend this garage floor to be used in the areas of only occasional snowfall and used during the winter months only to keep the garage floor from becoming too slippery and to prevent water from “ponding” on the floor.
The commercial-grade ribbed garage flooring is .07"-.08" in thickness (about the thickness of a quarter). We recommend this garage flooring to be used in the areas of frequent snowfall and is suitable for year-round usage. The added thickness will provide a durable garage flooring that will provide many years of service.
